Vents Magazine recently sat down with Drew for an interview about the new album, life in Montana and so much more.

“This record was different than the others as these songs all felt different when they came out. I usually write a song and have an idea of where I want it to go. But with these, everyone of them I could hear finished in my head. After I had tracked my guitars and vocals, Karl did bass and harmonies. Then I flew everyone to Montana to finish up drums, guitars, and auxiliary stuff. Everyone who played on the record hit it out of the park. I cried more than once listening to rough mixes on the monitors because they ended up exactly how I heard them in my head.”
